We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a notification email once your order has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our footwear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your items, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged)
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Returned within 15 days of receiving your order
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your return or exchange request. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with authorization and instructions for returning your item(s). Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Once authorized, securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and mail them to:

We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
Step 4: Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be processed using your original payment method. Please see below for processing times:

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items

International Returns
For international returns (outside Australia), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes. Refunds will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be subject to currency exchange fluctuations.
